In Class Exercise

• Break-up into six groups (as evenly divided as possible)

• Swap war stories about:

• Problems you have using a software program

• Choose the one everyone in the group thinks is the best story

Slide Comments:

War stories are a good way to learn from other people’s problems or experiences. This is a good way to break up the class and get some interactivity for a short exercise. After they have chosen one story, go around the room and have each group talk about the experience.
